Option Descriptions:
Number of Users - Indicates the number of computers that Active
Accounting, Active POS, or Active Estimating is installed on. The standard
is 1-5 users.
800 Number Access - This is calling directly to UDS on our 800 number
and talk to a UDS support representative
Credit Card on File - If you are not on the Unlimited support option,
we required that we have a valid credit card on file for your company. Any
additional charges would be billed to the credit card.
Unlimited Web Site Access - This gives you a login and password to the
downloads section of this web site.
Email/Fax Questions - This is the ability to email or fax your
question to UDS support staff. Emails and faxes are generally answered
within 2 working days.
Customer Changes - If you require the program to be modified to meet
your specific business requirements, say matching print output to an exist form,
the changes are billed at the listed rate.
After Hour Responses - On the first page of the web site is an
emergency text box. You can fill this in add a UDS support representative
will be notified. This representative will attempt to get in contact with
you.
Fixes to Programs - This is access to the downloads page as well as
emailed updates.
Online Training - This is access to our Hosted Server (thru the
internet) for training purposes. You will be talking to a UDS support
representative while viewing the program on screen. This function is
available in two options. First you can purchase it blocks of 8 hours, consumed
in 1 hour chunks, for $800. Or you can purchase it in 1 hour blocks for
$150/hr. This time must be scheduled ahead of time to allow for a
representative to be available.
Users Conference - This is a conference in which users come and we
explain what is currently going on, what will be happening in the future, and
what you feel we should be doing.
*Downloads
& Updates Only Subscribers can submit to UDS Support, via email, a
description of any program errors they may encounter. UDS Support will
first acknowledge receipt of the email. Additionally, provide notification of whether
the error could be duplicated as described by the user. Finally, notification that a
fix is available for a verified error.
