On-line Help Does not Load
Microsoft released a security update that by default will cancel .chm help files from loading in certain situations including those saved to shared folder or Servers. Each network workstation’s system registry can be tweaked to allow them to load. All this amounts to is a relaxing of security restrictions just a bit.
Your system's administrator or local computer/network support vendor should follow this link: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=896054 for detailed directions that will allow them to safely and successfully tweak the registry setting necessary to permit the Active_Accounting.chm compiled help file to load.
UDS suggests your system administrator follow Method 2. and select “MaxAllowedZone” 1, however 2, 3, and 4 will work as well. If, as the procedure mentions the ItssRestrictions does not yet exist, go back to Method 1. and follow steps 2a. and 2b to create it.
This adjustment should also pave the way to using any other manufacturers .chm file as well.
